Hi, congratulations on your new baby. My name is Wendy. I am mom to three, grown boys. My births didn't go as planned and were very traumatic for me. I'm so thankful that I found this work to support families to help prevent others from having similar experiences.

I absolutely believe in continued learning, so I'm always taking some sort of class and reading a lot! I have trained through Dona International and Madriella. Dona requires applicants to observe a series of childbirth classes, which I did through Birth Naturally Brevard. That was one of the best things that I could have done. Their classes are amazing. Madriella trains us to support your birth partner in supporting you. We wouldn't want anyone to feel left out on this incredible day.

I believe that every family should have the birth that they want, as long as it is safely possible. If you want a completely natural birth, great! If you want an epidural, awesome! Do you want to see how it goes and keep your options open? I will support you through that and make sure that you are informed about your options. Do you need someone to provide you more emotional support? I can do that. Do you need someone to help your partner to know how to support you? I am your girl.

I am a certified birth and postpartum doula. I am a certified breastfeeding educator. I am also certified in childbirth education.  I plan to offer placenta services in the future.
